Coming to Eagle

The Eagle City Council approved a high-end shopping plaza that will cover 200,000 square feet.
It will be a lifestyle center. It will be called The Shops at Lakemoore - but it will have more than just shops.Developers describe the concept as a place where people can go to hang out and be outdoors, and eat, ride their bikes and walk around. Dennis Baker owns the land and it will house shops, a restaurant, a 4-diamond hotel, homes, offices – even a bike path.
